A Project of the Vail Valley Salvation Army

The Avon community garden is a place for local families, organizations, or individuals to grow their own produce or other plants. Crops from the garden go directly to the Salvation Army food pantry. The community garden serves as an educational, hands-on experience for children. Garden plots are available to anyone, including to low-income clients and non-profit organizations at a very affordable price.

The Avon Community Garden is run by the Vail Valley Salvation Army. Contact their project manager, Trish Esperon, to learn more at patriciaesperon@yahoo.com
